CLASSROOM RULES

1. Be in your seat ready to work when the bell rings.

2. Bring required materials to class.

3. Compete all assignments on time. Late work will not be accepted.

4. Use appropriate language at all times.

5. Keep hands, feet, and objects to yourself.

6. No talking is allowed during class study time.

DISCIPLINARY CONSEQUENCES

1. If required materials are not brought to class, the student will return to his locker for the needed items and get a tardy slip on the way back to class.

2. Students receive one warning for talking.

3. The next infraction is 15 minutes detention.

4. The next infraction is 30 minutes and a phone call home.

5. The next infraction is 30 minutes and a conference with the student and parents.

6. In the case of severe student misbehavior, the student will be sent to the office.

REWARDS FOR GOOD BEHAVIOR

1. Positive notes or phone calls to parents.

2. Time in class to do homework.

3. Select-a-Seat day.
