Classroom Procedures and Practices

Procedures and Practices 1st and 2nd Grade
Students will be graded using the following scales:

AP = performing proficiently at 1 grade level above.
P = 85% accuracy or better.
BP = 84% or below.

Work habits and social skills will be assessed using the following scale:

+ = Outstanding
= Satisfactory
- = Unsatisfactory

Make up work will be given for absences. Students have two days for every absent day.
Students that take extended vacations will be given alternate assignments.
Extra Credit is not given at this grade level.
Students will be graded on test scores, daily work, and homework assignments.
