Classroom Procedures and Practices

 

Rules 1. Follow directions the first time they are given.
 

2. Raise your hand to speak and wait for the teacher to call on you.
When someone talks, I listen. When I talk, others listen.

  3. Respect others: No teasing/bullying; Use appropriate language; Ask before touching/taking something that is not yours.
  4. Respect the personal space of others.
 

5. Make good use of work time.

6. All assignments will be handed in on time.

7. Students will come prepared with all necessary materials to class.

 

Consequences 1. Warnings. Phone calls home.
  2. Detention.
  3. Principal's office.
   
Rewards 1. Praise.
  2. Positive notes/phone calls sent home.
  3. Star of the Week/classroom privileges.
