Discipline Plan for Mrs. Reese

 

CLASSROOM RULES

1. Be in your assigned seat with classroom supplies ready to work when the bell rings.
2. Bring required materials to class.
3. Complete all assignments on time.
4. Use appropriate language at all times.
5. Keep hands, feet, and objects to yourself.
6. Be respectful of other peoples' property and person. This includes being courteous and honest.
7. Absolutely NO food or drinks allowed in the computer labs.

DISCIPLINARY CONSEQUENCES

1. First offense­ discussion with me for 1-2 minutes after class.
2. Second offense­ detention of 20 minutes either after school or during lunch.
3. Third offense­ pass to the office.
4. Severe outbursts, language usage, or physical aggression will result in the student proceeding directly to the office.
5. Students displaying inappropriate behavior when supervised by a substitute teacher will be assigned 47 minutes of detention.
6. When sent out of the classroom, students must make up all missed classroom time before being allowed back into class.

POSITIVE REINFORCEMENTS

1. Free time at end of class period.
2. No homework for the day.
3. Teacher-guided computer exploration time.
