1st Quarter Grade Exporting Instructions

1st Quarter and 1st Quarter Mid-Term Grade Exporting Instructions

Exporting 1st Quarter Mid-Term grades is scheduled for Monday, September 16. Please export your grades during your prep period. Edit sheets will be available Monday and will be due by noon.

Here are some tips and guidelines that may help you with eClass grades. If you have questions, please see me.

Student Grades: All scores must be entered prior to exporting.

Citizenship: Use CAPITAL letters to enter E, S, or U.
This is done on the Students page, found under the Windows menu.

Comments: This, too, is on the Students page, found under the Windows menu.
You can type a number in the field, or click and drag the comments box to the desired comment for each student.

To Export Grades

Export percent & letter grades for:

1st Qtr. Final

Comments etc. belong with:
1st Qtr. Final

Hot Dog Server Items: 1st Sem Grades 2001: Your name: number.trm

or

Hot Dog Server Items: GHG Grades 2001-02: Your name: number.trm

After exporting grades, please check inside your grades folder(s). You should have an exported file (number.trm) to match each roster file (number.rst).
